Refund Policy

MATHFLIX offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Mathflix Prep subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
• Email us at support@mathflixprep.com and we will assist you.

Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take several business days to appear on your statement.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
