We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal SAT preparation within your plan. All other rights are reserved.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, subscription renewal, taxes, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MATHFLIX's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence).
10. Educational Purpose Disclaimer
Mathflix Prep is an educational tool. Score projections and practice results are estimates and do not guarantee any particular outcome on the actual SAT.
11. Changes to the Terms

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MATHFLIX is established, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
